Hide the chaos – In the kitchen, there are definitely some items that you do not use readily. Most of the items cover the work area, making the place look cluttered. Get rid of these items. Pack the cookware that was given to you on your birthday which you hardly use and make way for the other items that you use on regular basis.
Place similar items together – One way of managing the small space in the kitchen is grouping similar items. Group spices and flavors. Fruits and vegetables should be put together. Do not mix items that do not belong together. Even in the fridge, place liquids separately. Do not mix them with strong smelling vegetable or spices.
Design cabinet space – Cabinets serve as storage spaces but can always be customized to suit your style. There are several options that can be considered. The cabinet can be painted or sprayed to one’s favorite color or decorative sheets can be another option. For example, your shelf space can be used to store cups, plates, pots and pans plus other cutlery pieces.
Add some excitement to the walls – The walls of the kitchen should not be left out when customizing the kitchen. The trick is being creative and going against the conventional. If you decide to change the paint color of the kitchen wall, choose bright colors or other colors which will make cooking your favorite meal an exciting experience.
Get beautiful appliances – Beautiful and colorful appliances can make the difference in the kitchen. A red kettle, a blue microwave can replace the white ones in the kitchen.
