Call For Artists: OMFIF Press Art Competition

OMFIF Press art competition

 

The Official Monetary and Financial Institutions Forum (OMFIF), an independent research and advisory group that connects central banks, sovereign funds and private sector financial groups, will be releasing its summer 2015 publication, authored by policy-makers, journalists and other experts, entitled “The Convergence of Nations: Why Africa’s Time Is Now” in September 2015.  The organization is inviting African artists who live in Africa to submit an original artwork for the cover of the book. Deadline for submission is July 1, 2015.

The first prize receives £1,000, their artwork gets to be printed on the cover of the book and marketed worldwide on Amazon,  there will be an exhibition of their artwork at the book launch in London and more. There will be two runner up prizes of £250, their artwork will also be exhibited at the book launch among other things.
