Interesting Ghanaian Jewelry Designers At Fashion Shopping Festival, Accra

Sometimes it seems as though there isn’t much to expect in African-inspired accessories these days in fashion, perhaps due to the similiarity in print and colors. The beads are a bit overdone and getting boring and the print accessories are getting dull each day.  This makes it nearly difficult to really review accessories.

I liked Eboni Accessories and Yaa Serwah Dazzle because although they used the usual African prints, there were touches of innovation that made them stand out. Yaa Serwah Dazzle has these cute print pieces cut very similar to the Maasai beaded collar necklaces in Kenya. Eboni Accessories  also showcased some unique pieces (see image above).
