It is Day 30 of our #CreateBalance Life Challenge series today (Sign Up here), meaning we’re halfway through the journey!
The challenge for Days 30-35 is to Exercise! Yes. This does not necessarily mean strenuous activities that leave you breathless and exhausted. It can be a calming activity such as yoga. There are also aerobics, pilates and other strength exercises that don’t rob you of well-needed energy. Skipping or jumping jacks can be great exercises to do at home if you can’t go to the gym.
There are several benefits of exercising including an improvement in mood and a boost in energy, according to Mayo Clinic. These are crucial elements needed in any effort to #createbalance in one’s life and also to live a holistic lifestyle.
So, for the next 6 days, try to consistently practice a form of exercise or routine that suits your needs and observe how it makes you feel by week ending.
