You’ve always been amazing. You’ve just now made the decision to be healthier, faster, stronger and more fit. But I don’t want you to ever forget that you’re already starting from amazing. Adore the skin you’re in. We are our biggest critics and always look to criticize every bulge, bump, bone, mark or what we think is an imperfection on our body. Please don’t forget that you are made in the image and likeness of God and that you, and all your so-called “imperfections” are what make you so unique and perfect. Nutritional Tip of the Week
Reading Labels. How many of you actually read the label of a package? When you see all the advertising “key buzz words” at the front of the package do you take a quick minute to look at the back to see the ingredients. The less ingredients the better and you should understand what all of the ingredients are. Basic ingredients such as water, pepper, olive oil, etc. are important, not added sugar or all kinds of colors and numbers that you don’t understand. For example, if you were to purchase dried mango, the ingredients should JUST say mango.
