Obaasema To Hold Twitter Discussions About Abducted Nigerian School Girls

On Saturday, May 3rd, Obaasema Magazine will be holding the first of a series of Twitter discussions called iTalk With Obaasema. The first discussion topic will be centered on the abduction of over 200 girls in Borno State in Nigeria.

Families and supporters have marched in the Nigerian capital, Abuja, to protest for the release of the young girls. Obaasema will be joining efforts with other supporters online to hold a discussion about the issue and keep the subject alive until the girls are released. On the discussion panel will be Victoria Okoye (Media Strategist/Journalist/Urban Development Consultant).
