This holiday season, we’re following two food bloggers for some wild food ideas with an African twist: Ndudu by Fafa and Afropolitan Chef.
We’re loving Ndudu’s smoky jollof rice mixed with capers and parsley, served with grilled salmon and haddock kebabs. And the akple dish (top right image) by Ndudu looks super yummy! Afropolitan Chef’s shrimp cakes served with sweet potato soup and salad might sound a bit complicated to the simple cook but you must admit that it sounds exciting!
