2 slices of whole grain bread
1 egg
1/2 avocado
salt
Instructions
- Boil the egg thoroughly (to kill any bacteria)
- If you prefer your bread toasted, toast it now
- Cut the avocado flesh into slices and sprinkle a little salt on it
- Place the sliced avocados on each slice of bread
- Cut the cooked egg into slices and place on the avocado
- Enjoy lunch!
