How to Make Fresh Cherry Tomato Salad

How to make the salad:

Ingredients
Red and yellow cherry or grape tomatoes
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/8 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp freshly chopped or dried parsley
1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese

Preparation

Carefully wash all of the vegetables with 1 cup of distilled vinegar and 3 cups of clean water. Rinse the vinegar off the vegetable with clean water.

Chop all of the vegetables into a salad bowl.

Add black pepper, parsley, feta cheese and olive oil.
