Hi, I’m Abena Eke, founder of Obaasema. I started this platform to create space for African women to feel seen, heard, and celebrated. With a background in communications and a lifelong passion for storytelling, I wanted to build something that not only highlights our heritage but also supports women in living intentional, fulfilling lives. Obaasema is my love letter to African womanhood: rooted in culture, driven by purpose, and shaped by community.
