This September, in recognition of PCOS Awareness Month, Obaasema is launching The Obaasema Salon, a new series of conversations inspired by the warmth and intimacy of African salons, where women gather not just for beauty, but for wisdom, laughter, and truth.
Our first conversation, PCOS, Fertility & You, shines a light on a condition that affects 1 in 10 women worldwide. For too long, African women have faced myths, silence, and stigma around PCOS and its impact on fertility. Together with our guest expert, Akua George, Natural Lifestyle Coach, Agricultural Engineer, and Certified Consumer Educator, we’ll explore practical insights and guidance to help women navigate their journey with confidence.
