The use of honey in beauty products has gained much popularity in recent years. Its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties make it effective for treating infected wounds as well as preventing skin conditions such as acne. Some of honey’s amazing benefits include its ability to gently exfoliate the skin, add glow and deeply moisturize the skin.

As an exfoliator, it gently removes dead skin; as a natural humectant it hydrates and draws moisture to the skin. Whether used directly or mixed with other ingredients, it adds an incredibly natural glow to the skin. Facial masks are a great way to reap from its beauty benefits.
