Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
Small fresh ginger
Apple (optional)
Preparation:
- Thoroughly wash both ingredients
- Cut the cucumber into small pieces, including skin and seeds
- Remove the skin from the ginger and cut into pieces as well. If you include an apple, cut that up too.
- Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and run it until very smooth. Do not add water.
- Pour in a glass and serve.
