Kindness, anyone?

Kindness is an action that when exercised unties knots that give way to compassion. Have you ever been made to feel really low by a careless word uttered or attitude shown by someone? Think about how you felt or would’ve felt and rather make someone else feel good about themselves.

Will you admit to yourself that you may need to be a bit more gentle or gracious with your assistant or colleague? Then set out to be kind to this person and others before the end of the day today – remember, you put a smile on your heart when you put a smile on someone’s face.
