New Year’s eve parties are some of the best events to attend during the holidays, especially when they’re hosted in an intimate house setting with good food and a fun crowd. If you’re a host of any of these parties and want to switch things up a bit with your drinks selection, consider our cocktail recipe menu below for ideas.

Lemon Drop

Ingredients:
50ml vodka
50ml lemon juice
1 tablespoon sugar
Lemonade

Preparation:
With the exception of the lemonade, put all of the ingredients together and shake up. Once this is done, top up your glass with the lemonade. This measurement makes one glass of cocktail and so you’ll need to multiply it by the quantity of drinks you wish to make.

Vodka Sunset

Ingredients:
50ml vodka
25ml raspberry cordial
Orange juice (Depends on how diluted you want it)

Preparation:
Shake up the vodka and orange juice first, and then pour it into a glass over ice. Now it’s time for the cordial; pour it into the glass and allow it to get to the bottom of it. Enjoy!

Mojito

Ingredients:
5 fresh mint leaves
1/2 lime
1 tablespoon sugar
50ml golden rum
Carbonated water

Preparation:
Place the mint leaves, lime and sugar in a glass. Mash them with a plastic utensil and then add the rum and carbonated water and stir. Now enjoy!
