How To Make Hibiscus Lemon Mocktail

Ingredients:

4 cups hot water 

2 teaspoons hibiscus leaves (dried)

1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

2 tablespoons raw honey (use preferred quantity)

2 tablespoons sparkling water

4 cubes ice

Mint leaves (to garnish)

Preparation:

  • Wash hibiscus leaves with warm water for a few seconds
  • Drop them into the hot water and allow to brew and cool
  • Add the fresh lemon juice, honey, sparkling water and ice and then stir
  • Add mint leaves
  • Sip away
