My first encounter with Kaya Energy Bar & Design was in August, 2014, and I went back soon after. The ambiance – inviting garden space that makes ‘lunch time’ sound more exciting, and a beautiful evening setting that puts the ‘r’ in romantic. Perhaps it’s just me, but there’s something about Kaya that whispers serenity, well, depending on what time you visit.
This conscious lifestyle restaurant and bar offers more than your usual fine dining experience; besides their daytime offering of cool morning and afternoon tea menu as well as fine evening dining, lounge bar and craft cocktail options, there’s a designer showroom, bespoke furniture, textiles, jewelry, cosmetics and other natural and organic products for sale.
In fact, on May 16th and 17th, the Kaya design team will be hosting a furniture event that showcases furnishings handcrafted by artisans in Bali. Pieces to be sold at the event will include one-off root tables, chairs and sofas, cabinets, beds, distinctive lighting fixtures and outdoor furniture. You may contact the Kaya team for more inquiries here: 0540109501.
