Eggs: How to Make Them Super Nutritious

1 medium green bell pepper
1/4 onion

  • Sprinkle the black pepper on it and add salt to taste. Stir all of the ingredients.

  • Cover the pan and stir after 1 minute.
  • Allow to cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve as breakfast with whole grain bread or for lunch with rice and shito.
